AS agreed at our EGM we would look for alternative insurance quotations and move away form the Charterhouse block insurance policy at the earliest opportunity.
As of June 1st we have a new policy specific to Margarita Plaza . Any outstanding insurance claims or issues should be directed to Charterhouse immediately.
We need to fund the new insurance policy from the cancellation rebate due from Charterhouse. A number of shareholders are now seriously in arrears with insurance premiums and this will create obvious funding difficulties. We would ask owners concerned to pay all insurance arrears directly to Charterhouse.
Legal proceedings are pending.
In our last update the committee reported that the move to self management was nearly complete and we would keep you up to date as things developed. We are now happy to announce that the final paperwork was submitted on July 18th and the two directors elected at the EGM - Robert Boyd and Dermot McCoy - are finally in place

Door access codes are changed monthly for additional security. Owners can receive new codes from Charterhouse a few days before the end of each month.
